Weekly Rewind ~ 11.20.16

Posted November 20, 2016 by Grace @ Rebel Mommy Book Blog in Weekly Rewind / 38 Comments

Weekly Rewind is a weekly feature where I will recap posts, books read, books bought and borrowed and whatever else from the past week. I’ve linked to The Sunday Post hosted by  Caffeinated Book Reviewer and Stacking the Shelves hosted by  Team Tynga’s Reviews.
This week was back to routine and that was lovely. I have been obsessed with Food Networks Holiday Baking Championship and binged Seasons 1 & 2 and caught up on the current season. I am also through 5 season of Dexter. I am  hoping to finish the last three season soon since most shows are on a break until after the holidays. I am participating in The Broke and the Bookish Secret Santa again this year and have had fun picking out books and goodies. Looking forward to hosting Thanksgiving this week for my family. Because of that, this week’s posting will be light. Hope everyone had a great week!

  1. Thanksgiving- wow! I can’t believe it’s this week! Looking forward to the long weekend though and a lot of hanging around and watching movies (and eating lol). Hope yours is great! Have a super week. 🙂

Happy Thanksgiving. As a grown up who’s recently managed to shrink a little after YEARS of being overweight – food programmes are a big no-no for me too:). Have a lovely week-end – I LOVE your Bucket list quote:).

This week I got an ARC of My Not So Perfect Life by Sophie Kinsella! I also picked up I’m Judging You by Luvvie Ajayi and The Diabolic by S. J. Kincaid. I can’t wait to read all of these now that I’m almost done Sarah J Maas’ Throne of Glass series.

  4. Checking out the movies that made you cry. I’ve read a couple of other posts and agree with almost all of them.

Enjoy Dexter. I struggled with it after a few seasons – think it went astray for a while, but improved again… no doubt you’ve heard a few people were a little unhappy with its ending though, so be warned!
